Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Zurich Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, including coordinating travel logistics, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate travel arrangements using the Egencia tool

Prepare and analyze data for monthly financial reporting

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory controls

Provide administrative support to the senior management team

Develop and maintain complex diaries and calendars

Organize events and meetings

Provide advanced administrative support using Microsoft Office tools

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision

Strong network of support and ability to find ways to get things done

Excellent communication and organizational skills
