Senior Administrative Coordinator

This role is for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Administrative Coordinator who can operate successfully in a fast-paced environment, to provide client and business focused secretarial and administrative support to a small group of senior leaders.
You will need to be able to adapt to different working styles of senior leaders. Undertaking complex tasks and projects, providing high-level and flexible organisational support and playing a critical role in working with senior leaders, clients, and the wider firm to help support the team deliver to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a professional ambassador for senior leaders internally and externally, managing diaries, appointments, meetings, and logistics to ensure smooth schedules
- Handle diary conflicts, manage senior leader inboxes, draft/respond to emails, forward client-critical emails to the team, and highlight urgent matters for senior leader attention
- Manage compliance and billing processes, coordinate meetings, and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee financial and matter management, including unpaid bill tracking, and foster strong senior leader relationships for effective time management
- Implement best practices for operational efficiency, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Coordinate business development activities, including events and conferences
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
