Sales Director

At SD Worx, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the Human Capital Management (HCM) market, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the HCM, HR Tech, SaaS industry. They will be responsible for developing strategies for improving sales performance, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales performance to senior leadership.
