We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to join our client's team in Bolton. As a key member of the sales function, you will lead a small sales team to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
  • Lead the sales team by setting clear targets and focusing on customer service to meet sales and margin targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the business through customer visits and regular phone contact.
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring accuracy in quotations/orders and adherence to procedures.
  • Manage payment processing, record-keeping, and ERP sales monitoring for timely delivery.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with finance and production teams to provide detailed sales forecasts.
  • Participate in strategic planning and review sessions with the Sales & Marketing Director.
