Sales Team Director

This role involves overseeing a small sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing clear goals and a strong customer service focus
  • Promoting the brand through regular visits and communication with customers
  • Ensuring accurate quotations/orders and adhering to established procedures
  • Managing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring ERP sales performance and on-time delivery metrics
  • Identifying new account opportunities and expanding the company's customer base
  • Fostering professional relationships with key accounts
  • Providing sales forecasts to the Finance and Production Teams
  • Conducting strategic planning and reviews for the Sales function

The successful candidate can expect a salary up to £35,000 pro rata, based in Bolton, with a 37.5 hour workweek and a 2:30 pm finish on Fridays.
