Key Responsibilities
  • Set clear targets and focus on customer service to meet monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
  • Promote the brand through customer visits, regular phone contact, and enhancing existing and creating new business.
  • Evaluate team performance, ensure accurate quotations/orders, and follow procedures.
  • Process payments, maintain records, and monitor ERP sales for on-time delivery.
  • Identify new account customers, make approaches to increase the company's customer base.
  • Build professional relationships with key accounts.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts to finance and production teams.
  • Conduct strategic planning and reviews for the sales function with the Sales & Marketing Director.

The ideal candidate has previous sales leadership experience, can identify areas for individual improvement, and thrives on achieving overall team sales targets.
