  2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and offering support to achieve sales goals.
  3. Develop strategies to improve sales performance through increased sales volume or higher margins on existing sales.
  4. Provide sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance to senior leadership.
