Business Development Associate

Marlowe Fire & Security, a leading specialist business within the Marlowe Fire and Security Group, is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to join their team in Salford. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £24,000 per annum, subject to experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will be responsible for providing an effective and professional service to all regional customers, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and minimizing attrition.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Raise quotes for small sales orders and ensure timely follow-up calls with customers
- Minimize customer attrition through exceptional customer handling and service
- Review and respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Business Development Associate will also be expected to liaise with the Regional Sales Team and provide support where necessary. They will also be responsible for escalating any potential risks to the business to the Commercial Sales Director.
