We are working with the name of JOJO's Chicken. JOJO Chicken provides a variety of fast food. We have hundreds of satisfied customers. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Now, we are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Your main duties will be to provide information to customers on products and prices.
- You will receive telephone orders and process the orders to kitchen staff on behalf of the sales team.
- You will prepare invoices and maintain records of daily sales activity.
- You will daily report the sales activity to the directors.
- You will handle complaints from customers regarding our food and customer service.
- You will liaise with our vendors to place orders to ensure no shortage of raw materials.
- You will issue and receive invoices from vendors.
- For online orders like Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber, you will verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison with kitchen staff. Identifying new products to add to those on offer in our menu.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
