Helping support daily inquiries from clients
- To provides relevant information and prepares client expectations
- To organise and keep records of sales
- Maintain activity records
- Prepares sales records and to give management daily updates
- sales invoices and maintains records and accounts of sales activity;
- maintains office records
- maintains receipts
- first point of contact to respond to any customer complaints
- Other general clerical duties
- Filling in as needed with operational duties
**Salary**: Up to £26,500.00 per year
