Sales and Service Operations Manager
This role focuses on managing the team responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring efficient planning, dispatch, and shipping to reduce delays. The Administrative Manager will develop various areas of the function to support and manage the diverse customer-facing administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service across transaction streams and resolve order issues.
- Sales Operations: Fulfill new equipment and spare parts orders to achieve promised delivery dates for UK customers and international distributors.
- Service Operations: Ensure service administrative processes support Equipment Service and Repair across the UK.
- Shipping and Customs: Manage import and export operations to support growing procurement demands and increasing volume of international customer orders.
- Requirements Planning: Maintain appropriate stock levels for efficient response to customer requirements.
- Account Management: Maintain customer data in the ERP system and support credit control for the finance team.
- Process Development: Enhance customer service and support improvement projects.
