The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to support our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a eagerness to learn and grow.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer and supplier information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support project management activities by tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with invoicing and financial record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in an administrative role or similar position. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, and familiarity with project management software is a plus. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
