About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Administration Specialist to join our team at Moody's. This exciting opportunity is based in Salford Quays and offers a unique blend of data administration, research, and documentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and add real-time news into our M&A historical database via our internal software, ensuring accuracy and precision in data entry.
  • Conduct extensive research on regional regulations, new sources of data, and update regional documentation to ensure standardization amongst research teams.
  • Utilize an aggregated news service and primary internet research to download, research, prioritize, and process all news articles related to your area of specialization.
Key Qualifications:
  • Recent graduates or individuals with a strong background in data administration are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Polish languages is mandatory.
What We Offer:

We provide a comprehensive training program for the first 3 weeks, covering data administration, software usage, and company procedures. Following the training period, you will enjoy hybrid working arrangements between our offices in Salford Quays and remote work options.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
