Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26,530 - £29,114 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities- Lead the line management of administrative staff, including recruitment, supervision, support, and appraisal.
- Ensure effective administration provision to support service needs and delivery against performance targets.
- Develop and implement admin systems to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and development opportunities for administrative staff.
- Manage data quality processes and systems to improve service user experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience of managing administrative staff and teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
