Job Title: Sales Administrator - Salford
Marlowe Fire & Security, a specialist business within Marlowe Fire and Security Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing an effective and professional service to all Regional Customers, while delivering excellent Customer Service to internal and external clients.
- Raise quotes for small sales orders, ensuring follow-up calls are made to customers.
- Minimise customer attrition through the application of excellent customer handling and service.
- Review and respond to all customer enquiries received in a timely manner.
- Perform ad-hoc requests pertaining to the Regional Sales team.
- Add clear customer notes to Cash and update the customer with their queries.
- Provide service and minor works quotations from inbound telephone calls and email requests from existing customers.
- Liaise and support the Regional Sales Team to ensure effective response to customers and, where necessary, liaise with other departments in MFS to resolve potential issues or supply customers with the required information.
- Escalate any potential risks to the business to the Commercial Sales Director.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and be well-presented and professional at all times. They will also be self-motivated, with a strong commercial focus, confident in Excel, Word, and familiar with CASH for Windows or similar Service Management software.
