Job Title: Sales Administrator - Salford
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing an effective and professional service to our Regional Customers, while providing excellent Customer Service to all internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise quotes for small sales orders and ensure follow-up calls are provided to the customer.
- Minimise customer attrition through the application of excellent customer handling and service.
- Review and respond to all customer enquiries received within a timely manner.
- Perform ad-hoc requests pertaining to the Regional Sales team.
- Add clear customer notes to Cash and update the customer with their Queries.
- Provision of service and minor works quotations from inbound telephone calls and email requests from existing customers.
- Liaise and Support our Regional Sales Team to ensure effective response to customers and where necessary liaise with other Departments in MFS to resolve potential issues or Supply Customers with the required information.
- Escalate any potential risks to the business to the Commercial Sales Director.
- Effective communication with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong commercial focus, confident in Excel, Word, and familiarity with CASH for Windows or similar Service Management software. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Fire and/or Security industry and basic technical knowledge of Fire/Security Products and Systems.
