We have an exciting opportunity for a talented administrator to join
our team.
We are an E-Liquid manufacturer, supplying our branded products to retail and wholesale customers, across the globe.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting the sales team which includes processing sales orders, raising invoices, generating quotations, and managing customer records.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, taking orders, dealing with inquiries and maintaining a great relationship with customers.
- Processing purchase orders.

**Must have**:

- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to understand and manage pricing and margin
- A team player attitude
- A very keen eye for detail
- The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- A flexible and pro-active approach

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of an administrator role
- Previous experience of dealing with customers over the phone
- Experience of using SAGE would be advantageous
