Join our expanding team of consultative sales professionals offering accredited leadership and development programmes designed for people managers, business professionals and directors.

Salford Professional Development is a wholly owned subsidiary of University of Salford, which provides CPD and professionally accredited courses, either on campus, virtually via a live classroom or on the client’s premises.

**About the role**

You will work with clients to understand their training needs and provide a consultative solution, either through, an open course or via a tailored delivery option. We work in partnership with a diverse range of clients from healthcare to finance and local authorities.

The role would suit an individual with a passion for learning and an appreciation of the value it can bring to an organisation’s success in delivering customer value.

**What we’re looking for**
- 1 - 2 years sales experience within B2B
- Ability to build relationships
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable speaking with decision makers and senior leaders

**What we offer**

Basic starting salary of £26k rising to £29k following probation and successfully meeting quarterly sales targets.

OTE Year 1 - £37.5k

OTE Year 2 - £45k+

Uncapped commission offering an unlimited opportunity to earn
