Utility Bidder Limited is an established leader in the energy consultancy sector, dedicated to assisting businesses in finding the most competitive energy deals. As a result, we are now looking for a Senior Sales Team Leader to join our Manchester office based in Spinningfields.This role will take charge of guiding and motivating a team of Lead Generation Telesales Consultants. You will be responsible for ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques. Your expertise will help us to maintain our position as a leading provider of energy consultancy services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams. They will also be knowledgeable about the energy consultancy sector and have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
Our company offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000 per annum, which reflects the seniority of this role and the level of responsibility involved. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and private health care.
