At SD Worx UK Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our SME Sales Team. This exceptional opportunity offers the chance to drive our sales and growth efforts forward, focusing on customers with employee sizes typically over 1 to 500 employees.

About the Role

This role involves prospecting and generating appointments for our Sales Team by qualifying sales leads, converting them into opportunities, and utilizing various channels such as our existing database, inbound enquiries, and outreach. A smart and creative problem-solver will deliver an aligned message that generates leads to acquire new clients into our customer base.

The ideal candidate will engage with prospects, including business owners, directors, and HR/Payroll professionals, showcasing our products and services while delivering tailored marketing content and identifying new potential opportunities within our CRM.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation, Qualification & Engagement
  • Contacting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Promptly: aiming to contact MQLs as soon as possible to maintain their interest and assess how we match and provide SD Worx services
  • Qualifying Prospects (BANT): determining prospects' needs and requirements, assessing their budget, engaging decision-makers, gauging purchasing timelines, and informing and nurturing relationships

We offer an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
