SD Worx UK Ltd seeks a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our sales and growth efforts forward, targeting customers with employee sizes typically over 1 to 500 employees.

About the Job

Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and generate appointments for our Sales Team by qualifying sales leads, converting them into opportunities, and leveraging various channels such as our existing database, inbound enquiries, and outreach.

You will engage with prospects, including business owners, directors, and HR/Payroll professionals, showcasing our products and services while delivering tailored marketing content and identifying new potential opportunities within our CRM.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation, Qualification & Engagement
  • Contacting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Promptly: aiming to contact MQLs as soon as possible to maintain their interest and assess how we match and provide SD Worx services
  • Qualifying Prospects (BANT): determining prospects' needs and requirements, assessing their budget, engaging decision-makers, gauging purchasing timelines, and informing and nurturing relationships
