Job Title: Sales Development Manager

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our sales team in Manchester City Centre. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be contacting business owners and setting up online product demonstrations to showcase our HR software platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting business owners via phone, email, and social media to set up discovery demos
  • Selling the benefits of our HR software platform to prospective clients
  • Working closely with experienced sales trainers to develop and progress your career
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of £25,000 with uncapped OTE of £45,000 - £55,000

Your Career Path:
  1. First month: Join the Sales Academy, product training, systems training, and roleplay exercises
  2. First 6 months: Ramp up to full target gradually, develop relationships with senior HR Professionals, and prospect potential customers
  3. Next 6-18 months: Consistently meet or exceed targets, learn and understand the full sales process, and graduate from the Sales Training Academy
