Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the current customer base, building relationships with new clients, and generating business through inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries.
About the Role:
As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, updating records of all communication on CRM software, and following up on all sales leads generated online. You will also handle customer queries & complaints, listen to their needs to generate repeat sales, and create quotations and confirmations of orders on CRM software.

Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones.
- Generating business through inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries.
- Managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Updating records of all communication on CRM software.
- Following up on all sales leads generated online.
- Handling customer queries & complaints.
- Listening to customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Creating quotations and confirmations of orders on CRM software.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. A salary of £25,200 + bonus (ranging from £#removed# p/m depending on target) is offered.
