dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is a leading manufacturer of innovative and high-quality products based in Manchester. We are seeking a National Sales Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts.
As a National Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic account plans, and negotiating pricing, terms, and promotional programs with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product launches, marketing campaigns, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within the grocery/discount retail sector
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs with clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams
About the Candidate
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Development Manager with a proven track record of success in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with accounts such as Next, Argos, Very, Dunelm, etc. and a strong understanding of the grocery/discount retail market. Category experience in Homeware, Furniture & Home Decor is required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
