Sales and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Development Manager to join our team at Halo Personnel Careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new business development within the vehicle rental industry, preferably with experience in HGV or specialist commercial vehicle rental services.
The role offers a competitive estimated salary of £65,000 (OTE) with a generous uncapped commission structure. You will also receive a company car, fuel card, phone, and laptop as part of the package.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the North-West region, ideally residing in the area or no lower down the country than Stoke-on-Trent. Your territory will cover the Lake District through to Birmingham.
We require a driven and self-motivated sales professional who can demonstrate experience in new business development and a passion for the commercial vehicle rental sector. Our client is a market leader in their industry, offering a positive and vibrant working environment.
