Salary and BenefitsWe are offering a competitive salary package, estimated at £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, which includes a base salary and performance-related bonuses. Our benefits package includes a generous pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, and flexible working hours.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of telesales consultants in generating new business leads and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that drive lead generation and improve customer engagement.
You will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. A strong understanding of the energy market and its trends is essential for this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you will require:
- At least 3 years' experience in a sales or management role
- A proven track record of sales growth and achievement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A deep understanding of the energy market and its dynamics
