Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our domestic energy storage portfolio, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and growth, expand market share and strengthen GivEnergy as a trusted brand in the battery industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, identifying and targeting key customers, distributors, and partners in the UK, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Leadership: Grow and lead a high-performance sales team, set sales targets, and provide clear direction and motivation to achieve sales goals.
  2. Business Development: Identify and target key customers, distributors, and partners in the UK, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and collaboration.
  3. Negotiation: Represent the company in negotiations with customers, distributors, wholesalers, suppliers, and government departments to secure favourable contract terms and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • A full valid driving licence.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company vehicle, regular performance-based salary reviews, and discounts available on our products.
