We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Stirling-based client in their Private Client team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and take detailed instructions.
- Register wills and conduct thorough investigations into estate assets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to gather financial information and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive registers of assets and debts, as well as inheritance tax forms.
- Prepare inventory for confirmation and apply to the court for confirmation.
- Assist with legal rights computations, prepare fee notes, and manage administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executry or Private Client Paralegal.
- Strong understanding of estate administration processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of inheritance tax forms and legal rights computations.
