Job Overview:
The Syngenta Group is seeking an experienced Senior Safety Specialist to oversee our Safety, Emergency Management, and Security functions. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

This critical position demands a deep understanding of HSE principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective Safety strategies. You will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of safety excellence, foster collaboration, and enhance safety awareness throughout the organization.

To excel in this role, you should have a NEBOSH Diploma, be well-versed in external HSE legislation, and possess extensive knowledge of HSE hazards in chemical manufacturing. Additionally, a proven track record in HSE within manufacturing Safety is essential for success.
