We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong background in marketing and business development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects worldwide and be well-versed in integrating marketing and business development disciplines to drive business success.

The role is ideal for someone who understands how to effectively collaborate with wider teams such as marketing and bids to enhance business development efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal and external work-winning strategies that align with the company's vision.

As a key point of contact for BD activities, you will support the work winners/bids team in providing intelligence and insight into markets, key clients, and sectors. You will also contribute to the planning and implementation of an integrated BD & marketing plan, including conducting market and sector research into major opportunities for relevant strategies.

In addition, you will engage in Key Relationship Management (KRM) activities such as creating plans for key clients, monitoring accounts, and reporting on activity. You will also engage with external stakeholders by attending networking events, conferences, events, B2Bs, and other client entertainment activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all areas of the business. You will also require a confident, proactive attitude, strong IT proficiency, and solid understanding of UK markets.
