Job Role: Customer Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Administrator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our front office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Process customer information into our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support the carbon and restoration teams by processing work and preparing products for return shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role or administrative support position.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
