Job Role: Customer Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Administrator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Process customer information into our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the carbon and restoration teams by processing work and preparing products for return shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role or administrative support position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
