We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Complaints Liaison Specialist to join our team at the Automobile Association in Leatherhead. This exciting opportunity involves representing us within Hyundai's Executive Complaints Support Team, ensuring the success of our UK Customer-First Solutions Centre.

As a Senior Executive Complaints Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns raised. You will also be required to diligently and sensitively handle challenging customers and retailers to deliver the right resolution for all parties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing a first-class service to customers every single time, committing to resolving complaints and queries while being someone our customers can rely upon when they need us most.

You will work closely with stakeholders within The AA and Hyundai, providing accurate, timely, and succinct reporting and notes on executive customer cases as required. Your role will also involve ensuring that complaint resolution and decision-making are made in accordance with policies and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated customer enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, professional, and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns raised.
  • Diligently and sensitively handle challenging customers and retailers to deliver the right resolution for all parties.
  • Work closely with stakeholders within The AA and Hyundai, providing accurate, timely, and succinct reporting and notes on executive customer cases as required.
  • Ensure that complaint resolution and decision-making are made in accordance with policies and processes.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and the location of the position in Leatherhead.
