About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Oak Springs Care Home. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the visiting booking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Open the door to all visitors and provide a warm welcome
  • Maintain high standards within the care home environment, including the reception area and surrounding spaces
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
