Job Description

Job Title: Medical Receptionist / Care Navigator (EMIS Trained)

Job Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week

Salary: £24,396 per annum

Working Hours: 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, with one late night per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Care Navigator/Receptionist in a temp to perm role at a fantastic medical centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the medical team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, including managing patient flow, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Work closely with the medical team to provide exceptional patient care, including coordinating appointments, managing patient communication, and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • EMIS training and experience in a medical setting
