Job Summary
The Gillmoss Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments as needed.
- Process and issue prescriptions, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in EMIS Web.
