Medical Roster Coordinator

This role is responsible for working as part of the team in delivering training, ensuring roster production within junior doctor rotational timelines.
As a key member of the Medical Systems team, you will participate in training all levels of staff in the Allocate Healthroster system, focusing on roster maintenance and compliance with contractual rules.
**Key responsibilities**
- Maintain the build and running of medical rosters via Allocate HealthRoster, engaging with clinical managers and other departments across the trust.
- Review and maintain the quality of rosters, updating them with leave, sickness, and aiding doctors with any swaps and updates.
- Collaborate with clinical Rota coordinators and Medical HR to ensure slots and rota patterns are correct, and build for full rotational periods in Allocate.
- Deliver system training for clinical and non-clinical staff, coordinating with departments and medical education on local and trust inductions.
- Ensure all roster data is accurately reflected using ESR/Lead Employer/Health Education England data.
