Position: Healthcare Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

Working Hours:
This role requires part-time availability between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, including one evening shift each week.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to become part of our team as a Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist in a temp to perm capacity at a reputable healthcare facility.

This role is multifaceted, involving responsibilities at the front desk and over the phone, as well as supporting various operational tasks within the facility.


Key Responsibilities:
~ Welcoming and assisting patients at the front desk.
~ Performing administrative duties, including data management and record keeping.
~ Working collaboratively with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
~ Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.
~ Previous experience in a receptionist role, ideally within a healthcare environment.
~ Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office applications.
~ Understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
