About the Role

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our service users, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times, promoting the dignity and well-being of service users.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in complex care and support.

  • Epilepsy Experience
