  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Initiate contact with patients, team members, and healthcare agencies, responding to requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to practice policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and team activities, making suggestions for improvement, and participating in quality initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in EMIS web and other practice software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
