About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reception/Administrator at Priory Medical Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors to the practice with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Assist patients with queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Participate in recalls for patient health checks and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction
  • Comply with confidentiality protocols and practice policies

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Emis Web Systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
