Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Tharsus. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our People Strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- HR Functional Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to our Business Unit, ensuring that our HR practices are aligned with our business objectives and that we are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Culture Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote our company culture and values, ensuring that our online presence accurately reflects our employer brand and attracts top talent.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process to ensure that we are hiring the right people with the right skills and experience, and develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new colleagues.
- Learning and Development: Work with our managers to identify learning and development solutions to meet the needs of our teams, ensuring that our colleagues have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
- Performance Management: Ensure that all colleagues receive regular feedback on their performance, and work with our managers to develop and implement effective performance management processes.
- Communication and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve communication and engagement across the organization, ensuring that our colleagues feel informed and connected.
- Pay and Benefits: Conduct regular salary benchmarking, establish and maintain logical pay scales, and provide advice and guidance on pay and benefits.
- Management Information: Provide management information to our senior leaders, ensuring that they have the data and insights required to make informed decisions.
- HR Systems and Processes: Ensure that our HR systems and processes are accurate and up-to-date, and support the execution of our monthly payrolls.
- Policy and Procedure: Provide advice and guidance to our managers and colleagues on policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education and Experience: A degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, or CIPD Qualified, and proven experience as an HR Business Partner delivering strategic projects into the business.
- Employment Law and IT Skills: Confident with Employment Law and confident IT skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Core Competencies and Skills: An inquisitive mind with the ability to come up with creative solutions, ability to build trust and strong working relationships with managers and colleagues, strong influencing and coaching skills, strong communication skills with the ability to engage others, team player with an ability to work on own initiative, be proactive and 'make things happen', commercially aware, flexibility to work around the requirements of the business, and ability to maintain confidentiality in line with best-practice HR.
