As a key member of the Tharsus team, the HR Business Partner will play a vital role in driving the company's people strategy forward. Working closely with the Head of HR and the Business Unit Senior Team, this individual will lead the development and implementation of initiatives that support the growth and success of the organization.

- HR Functional Expertise: Provide expert guidance to the Business Unit, supporting the MD in making informed decisions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Culture Promotion: Ensure the company's online presence effectively showcases its culture and values, attracting top talent to the organization.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement a recruitment process that attracts the right candidates, and create an engaging onboarding experience for new colleagues.
- Learning and Development: Work with managers to identify learning and development solutions that meet departmental needs, driving high-performing teams.
- Performance Management: Ensure all colleagues receive regular feedback on their performance, optimizing their development and potential.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication across the organization, ensuring all colleagues are informed and engaged.
- Colleague Engagement: Identify and implement initiatives that boost colleague engagement and motivation.
- Compensation and Benefits: Conduct regular salary benchmarking, establish logical pay scales, and proactively identify and address pay-related issues.
- Management Information: Provide critical management information to senior leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
- Payroll and HR Systems: Ensure Bamboo (Single Source of Information) is accurate and up-to-date, supporting the execution of monthly payrolls.
- Policy and Procedure Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant standards, procedures, and policies within the management system.
Requirements:
Education, Experience & Knowledge:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or CIPD Qualified.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner delivering strategic projects into the business.
- Confident with Employment Law.
- Confident IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
