About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Tharsus. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our People Strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Functional Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to our business leaders on HR-related matters, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and resources to make informed decisions.
  2. Culture Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote our company culture and values, ensuring that our online presence accurately reflects our employer brand.
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process to ensure that we attract and hire the best talent, and develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new colleagues are set up for success.
  4. Learning and Development: Work with our managers to identify learning and development needs, and develop solutions to support the growth and development of our teams.
  5. Performance Management: Ensure that all colleagues receive regular feedback and coaching to optimize their performance and development.
  6. Communication and Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve communication and engagement across the organization, ensuring that all colleagues feel informed and connected.
  7. Pay and Benefits: Conduct regular salary benchmarking and provide advice on pay and benefits to ensure that we are competitive in the market.
  8. Management Information: Provide regular management information to our senior leaders to support informed decision-making.
  9. HR Systems and Processes: Ensure that our HR systems and processes are accurate and up-to-date, and support the execution of monthly payrolls.
  10. Policy and Procedure: Provide guidance and support to managers and colleagues on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Education and Experience: A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or CIPD qualification, and proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
  2. Employment Law and IT Skills: Confident knowledge of employment law and IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  3. Core Competencies and Skills: An inquisitive mind, ability to build trust and strong working relationships, strong influencing and coaching skills, strong communication skills, team player with ability to work on own initiative, commercially aware, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
