  12. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant standards, procedures, and policies within the management system.

Requirements:

Education, Experience & Knowledge:

  1. Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or CIPD Qualified.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner delivering strategic projects into the business.
  3. Confident with Employment Law.
  4. Confident IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
