Care Home Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Purosearch Ltd.
As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small/medium sized home specialising in care for the elderly, mental health needs, and brain injuries. Your primary goal will be to ensure that residents receive high-quality individualised care, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a care home, with experience in elderly, dementia, and/or mental health care. You will be expected to handle pressure with ease and possess unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference in the lives of others.

About the Role:
- Lead a small/medium sized care home with a focus on individualised care for elderly, mental health needs, and brain injuries
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of residents
- Maintain high standards of care, ensuring resident satisfaction and well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care services
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a care home manager or in a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
