We are looking for a Senior Business Growth Manager at beBee Professionals in Fareham to lead our business expansion efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and implement innovative sales strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, showcasing a proven track record of driving business growth and executing market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted solutions to drive business expansion and growth.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, with a performance-based bonus structure offering additional earnings potential.
