Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to drive the expansion of our business in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase our market share and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion, with strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a strong network of franchisees through effective communication, support, and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on regional performance.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in franchising or sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
