Join Our Team as a Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Tower House Consulting Ltd.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of new, profitable products and services. This includes managing third-party software partners, addressing customer queries, and overseeing the onboarding of new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing a pipeline of innovative products and services to generate new revenue streams.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for synergy and alignment.
  • Identifying and evaluating disruptive technologies for business value.
  • Supporting the commercialization of innovations, including go-to-market strategies.
  • Developing technology commercialization plans and value proposition validation.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements with vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Preparing business plans and executing implementation plans.
  • Evaluating innovations and business opportunities for commercial potential.
  • Developing project plans and executing evidence-generating activities.
  • Managing third-party software partners and overseeing solution experiments.
  • Addressing customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Degree/MS or sufficient commercial experience.
  • Experience in an incubator/startup/innovation environment within a global organization.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing data-centric digital products.
  • Proficiency in testing new propositions using agile and design thinking.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Experience in innovation scouting and developing relationships with potential partners, colleagues, and clients.
  • Comfortable producing financial modeling for business cases.
  • Legal or contractual experience with a clear understanding of licenses and/or collaboration agreements.
  • Experience in growth and innovation, with strong examples of growing businesses by building and delivering innovative propositions.
Salary Range

$90,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
