About the Role

As a Regional Development Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and growing new territories, managing day-to-day operations, and driving customer acquisition for our established premium brand. You will also be expected to launch and expand new territories, hire and manage teams, and drive strategic growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Launch and expand new territories, hiring and managing teams, and driving strategic growth.
  2. Maximise sales opportunities and increase brand awareness within your region.
  3. Lead daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
  4. Build relationships, manage technicians, and drive operational excellence.
  5. Prepare and position the business for future sale, maximising its value.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 + benefits, providing a secure and challenging environment to grow your career.
