Care Team Member

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join its care team. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager and clinical team to provide effective care and support. Key responsibilities include supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews, and delivering person-centred care and support to residents.
